Our services are intended for users aged 15 and above.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

  • basic usage logs necessary for platform operation and security

We currently do not collect:

  • passport information
  • visa status
  • school transcripts

  • recorded sessions

5. Student Safety and Communication Rules

To support student safety:

  • mentor-student communication must occur only through approved channels
  • private communication outside the platform is prohibited
  • sessions may be conducted through approved video meeting tools such as Zoom or Google Meet
  • sessions are not recorded

We reserve the right to review platform activity where necessary to maintain safety and compliance with our policies.

6. Minors and Guardian Consent

Users under the age of 18 must participate with consent from a parent, guardian, or authorized supporting organization.

By registering a minor for the program, the responsible adult or organization confirms that they have authority to provide consent.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may share limited information with:

  • authorized mentors working directly with assigned students
  • partner organizations involved in supporting a student
  • service providers necessary to operate the platform
  • legal authorities when required by law

We limit access to information based on operational necessity.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to operate the program, maintain records, improve services, or comply with legal obligations.

Users may request deletion of their account and personal information, subject to operational and legal requirements.
